Interpretation:

The words of which the initial letter is in CAPITALS have meanings defined hereinbelow:

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions:

For the purposes of this Shipping Policy:

• You means the individual accessing or using the Utility, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable

• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Siddhi Vinayak Enterprises

• Utility refers to the Website

• Website refers to Zippydeal, accessible through www.zippydeal.in

• Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Utility

• Services refer to the services offered on chargeable basis on the Utility

• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us

1. General

Goods are supplied subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on Our Website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and We will not be able to fulfill supply of Goods ordered by You. In such instance, We shall fulfill supply of the available Goods to You, and contact You about whether You would prefer to await restocking of the backordered Goods or if You would prefer Us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges shall be calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the Goods mentioned in Your order. Shipping Charges so calculated will be added to the purchase value to arrive at the Total Invoice Value.

Only those orders with a total purchase value of Rs. 999 or more (i.e. before adding Shipping Charges) will qualify for free shipping.

The Total Invoice Value so arrived shall be the final price you will have to pay to Us before We ship the Goods to You.

3. Returns

3.1 Returns and Refunds

We will happily accept return of Goods as per terms mentioned in Our Return and Refund Policy

3.2 Warranty Returns

We will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of Goods.

You will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however We will reimburse You upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of Goods for warranty claim, You can expect Us to process Your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to Your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement Good sent to You (if stock is available)

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

Zippydeal is well aware that the important goods you have purchased reach you at the right time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your goods as quickly as possible.

The goods will be delivered to you in the same business day or 1-3 business days in the local area.

The goods will be delivered to you within 5-7 working days depending on the location.

4.2 Change Of Delivery Address

Orders placed before time here will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day.

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, We take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4.3 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, We are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

We will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

4.6 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, We will wait for the Goods to be available before dispatching Your order. Existing Goods in the order will be reserved while We await this Goods.

4.7 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact Us so that We can conduct an investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, You will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If You find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with Our customer care. If the parcel has been delivered without You being present, please contact Our customer care with next steps.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

Any person may be member of Our organization as customers /suppliers who being completed older than 18 - years .
